Mr. Herzog has over 48 years of experience in the financial business and investment banking. Having served as Principal and Officer of several Wall Street brokerage firms, in 1973, Mr. Herzog co-founded Elms Capital Management Corp., a registered financial advisory and management company, which oversaw and managed more than $12 Billion in market value of securities for individual and institutional clients. Mr. Herzog was a partner of the first market maker book in options on the American Stock Exchange. Over the subsequent years Mr. Herzog has served in many corporate advisory positions, has been involved in numerous successful entrepreneurial ventures, and from 2004 to the present Mr. Herzog has introduced and collaborated with Mr. Sperandeo on various financial products utilizing the Diversified Trends Indicator™
GERALD DELET, Chief Financial Officer
Mr. Delet served as Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice-President of Artist Entertainment Complex, Inc., a public corporation controlled by Martin Bregman. Mr. Delet has also founded career and business management companies serving individuals such as Al Pacino, Alan Alda, Cool And The Gang, The Manhattans, and Phoebe Snow in the entertainment arena as well as high net worth professionals. From 1959 to 1970, he was the senior accountant at the C.P.A. firm of Braun & Garelick, where he was responsible for the tax preparation, auditing, and financial and investment portfolio analysis for major manufacturers, distributors, retailers, real estate companies, and affluent individuals. He has a distinguished 20-year track record in arranging financing for major films, television programs, and entertainment projects, including Dog Day Afternoon, Serpico, and Scarface. Mr. Delet holds a B.S. in Economics from Albright College and was awarded membership in the Phi Beta Kappa Accounting Honor Society while at City College Graduate School.
